EWIF is dedicated to encouraging women into franchising. The mission of the EWIF is to inspire, encourage, educate and support women considering or already involved in franchising through its network of Ambassadors.
It's members come from all areas within the franchising industry and include: Franchisors, Franchisees, Banks, Consultants, Accountants, Solicitors, Media Providers, Exhibition Organisers, as well as other associated businesses. They also have men, this is not a 'women only' club.
EWIF offers a range of FREE services to help:
- Women who are considering becoming franchisees
- Women business owners looking to franchise their business
- Franchisors who have an under representation of women in their network
The EWIF service offering includes:
- 1/2 hour free telephone support and advice
- Mentoring
- Public speaking
- Providing case studies
- Media Interviews
- Attendance at local events
EWIF also undertakes research into women in franchising, raises the issues facing women in franchising and publicises 'women in franchising' in the media.
