In 2023, the UK TaxAssist Accountants network of franchisees completed a Franchisee Satisfaction Survey conducted by independent research agency WorkBuzz. As a result, TaxAssist Accountants were awarded ‘5-star franchisee satisfaction’, the first franchisor to have received this for eleven years in a row.
