The appointments form part of the Group's continued investment in its leadership capability as it pursues its long-term growth strategy across its franchise network, Group-owned practices and complementary businesses.
Richard, previously Head of Group Technology, takes on responsibility as Director of Group Technology, while Kelly has been promoted from Head of Group Brand and Marketing to Director of Group Brand and Marketing.

The appointments also demonstrate the Group's commitment to developing its people and creating opportunities for career progression, with both Richard and Kelly progressing into director-level positions from senior leadership roles within the business.
