TaxAssist shop walk-ins, referrals and innovative marketing campaigns helped drive new business this January tax season, with UK network sales up 44% on December 2023 and up over 12.4% on January 2023.

Daren Moore FCCA, Group Chief Executive Officer, said: “January 2023 was by far our biggest month ever in terms of network sales, so it’s phenomenal to see these numbers bettered. The UK network now services the needs of more than 81,000 clients and has annual sales of £58.6 million which is an increase of 10% over 2022.

“The inbound sales team at the Support Centre also experienced high volumes of enquiries, with 1,424 qualified leads delivered to the network during January. This is on the back of a very successful 2023 where we delivered over 12,000 new business leads to our accountants.

“We pride ourselves on the power of the TaxAssist brand and its ability to attract new clients for our network and it’s fantastic that our campaigns have proven to be so effective. With a number of new initiatives planned for 2024, we’re excited by the potential for even better results.

“I’d like to congratulate our accountants and their teams around the UK for supporting their clients so well, and to the Support Centre team for all for their hard work assisting the network through a very busy period.”
