Kam Sira runs two large TaxAssist Accountants practices from shops in Barnet and Watford and has recently expanded his business further by purchasing the Stevenage franchise from Brian Alexander, who has now retired.

This is the third franchise territory for Kam, who runs the practices alongside wife Sejal, and their 11 staff members, now collectively servicing over 1,400 clients.

Brian said: “It’s been a remarkable journey with TaxAssist and I was happy to celebrate 20 years of business success in January. My thanks go to the great clients and staff I’ve worked with in this time.

“The franchise has more than met my expectations and I’m pleased to be handing over the reins to fellow experienced TaxAssist Accountants Kam and Sejal. I’m now looking forward to a well earnt retirement!”

For Kam and Sejal, who live in Stevenage, purchasing another practice so near to home was an opportunity not to be missed.

“My wife and I have been running our two successful practices since 2010. We’ve built up a strong, loyal team and are proud of the reputation we’ve built up, so we are ideally placed to expand our wide range of services to the businesses and individual taxpayers in our local area.”

This is the first TaxAssist Accountants franchise resale to successfully complete this year, with another four near completion. You can view our current practices for sale here.

There are three ways to join the TaxAssist network. You can choose to build a practice, buy an established TaxAssist practice or convert an existing practice to TaxAssist Accountants.
