TaxAssist partners with Hello AI to strengthen AI capability across its network

The partnership builds on the AI governance framework already introduced by TaxAssist, which provides franchisees with guidance, policies and practical support to help them understand both the opportunities and risks associated with generative AI.

Through the new relationship, franchisees will have access to a structured programme of training focused on Microsoft Copilot and the practical application of AI within accountancy practices.

The programme has been designed to provide accessible, relevant learning that can be applied to day-to-day work, helping franchisees and their teams build confidence in using AI tools while maintaining appropriate professional standards and safeguards.

The Hello AI programme includes monthly on-demand Microsoft Copilot training, live webinars, a dedicated prompt library developed for accountants and quarterly CPD-accredited learning.

The training is fully funded through the TaxAssist Training Academy subscription, ensuring franchisees can access ongoing support as AI technology and its applications continue to develop.

TaxAssist Accountants had already taken steps to support the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across its network, introducing formal AI guidance, an AI workplace policy template and ongoing training for franchisees.

AI was also a key area of focus at the 2025 TaxAssist National Conference, where members of the network received practical guidance on the opportunities presented by the technology and the importance of adopting it safely and effectively.

The partnership with Hello AI represents a further investment by The TaxAssist Group in the technology, knowledge and infrastructure available to its network.
