The TaxAssist Group held its first Quarterly Global Network Development Meeting recently, which featured key members of the Support Teams from each of its global networks.
Representing the UK Support Centre were Richard Chatten-Hague, Head of Group Global Support, David Paulson, Senior Vice President/Franchise Development, Nikki Haythorne, UK Franchise Recruitment Manager and Harry Brown, Global Recruitment Officer.
Ireland was represented by Alison McGinley, Managing Director, Australia by Mandy Sigaloff, Managing Director, Canada by Johnny Rogers, Vice President, Franchise Development and the US by Aditya Ravipati, President, Craig Weintraub, Senior Tax Analyst and Chevoyne Green, Marketing Executive.
Richard said: “This is the first time we’ve been able to get key members of each Support Team together at the same time online despite all the time zone challenges!
“Now that we are in the process of building and developing our Support Teams in each country, it provides us with a great opportunity to update everyone on key areas of the business, focusing on franchise recruitment in particular, and enabling best practice sharing between countries. There is a lot of valuable experience now being built up across the Group.
“Our plan is to meet every quarter to cover other key topics such as marketing and business development, systems and processes, training, software, and more.
“We will also be looking into how we can facilitate a similar style meeting between franchisees, so that they can benefit from shared experiences and being part of a global brand.”
The TaxAssist Group has franchise opportunities available in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada and the US, based on a proven and successful model.
