TaxAssist franchisees reflect on inspiring regional meetings
TaxAssist Accountants has successfully concluded a series of nine regional meetings held across the UK, bringing together franchisees, directors and senior Support Centre staff for a day of collaboration, knowledge sharing and strategic updates.
The annual one-day events give franchisees the chance to engage directly with the Support Centre team, hear the latest developments across the network and share best practice with peers. This year’s programme focused on brand visibility, marketing innovation, technical updates and business growth support.
James Mattam, Group Director of Franchising, said: “It was an absolute pleasure to see our franchisees once again at our interactive regional meetings this autumn. Jo Nockels, Kelly Chick, Simon Hutchinson and I really enjoyed touring the UK and sharing the latest company news and strategies.
“Coming together face-to-face to exchange ideas is essential to the success of our network, and the energy and feedback we received this year has been fantastic. I’d like to thank everyone who attended for their valuable input and enthusiasm.”
Franchisees praised both the content and opportunities for collaboration during the events.
Hannah Campbell, TaxAssist Accountant in Edinburgh, commented: “It’s always great to catch up with some of my fellow franchisees and the team from Norwich at the regional meeting. This year I am particularly impressed with the brand and visibility initiatives, especially the new YouTube advert and website developments that address AI-driven changes to search.”
Daniel Wu, TaxAssist Accountant in Welling, added: “I had a fantastic time at our recent regional meeting with fellow accountants from across our network. It’s always inspiring to come together, share experiences and explore the latest developments that help us make business life easier for our clients.
“Being part of a connected, forward-thinking network means our clients benefit from shared expertise, innovation, and the collective knowledge of many professionals working together. It keeps us current, proactive, and ready to help entrepreneurs grow with confidence.”
TaxAssist Accountants continues to support its network through regular events, training, and resources designed to help franchisees grow successful, client-focused practices.
