Nick set up TaxAssist Accountants in Huddersfield in 2006, followed by Barnsley in 2015, and now looks after more than 500 small businesses across the region.

In response to increasing demand from existing small businesses and new businesses starting up, Nick decided the time was right to expand into larger, more centrally located offices in Barnsley, marking TaxAssist Accountants 201st shop across the UK.

“I’ve been on the lookout for shop-front premises for some time and this seems to be the perfect location,” said Nick, at the official shop launch on 15th June.

“With demand for our services continuing to grow, the time was right to move out of the Barnsley Business and Innovation Centre (BBIC) and move into a new shop-front office which will give us the opportunity to grow with it. In fact, on the day we officially launched the shop, we had a potential new client walk in to find out more about our services.”

June 2017

With a detailed plan for the growth and evolution of the TaxAssist brand, plus the addition of new products and services, these are exciting times for the TaxAssist network.
