Titled ‘Beyond January: Strategies for Building a Stronger Accountancy Practice in 2026’, the webinar at 12pm on February 12 will provide practical guidance for practice owners who want to work on their business, not just in it, and explore how converting an existing practice into a scalable model could support their long-term ambitions.

The session will be hosted by Samantha Skyring, Head of Network Development at TaxAssist Accountants. Samantha brings years of experience working closely with accountants across the TaxAssist network, supporting them through start up, growth, succession planning and the transition to more scalable ways of working. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by practice owners - from capacity and cashflow pressures to systems, staffing, and work-life balance - she helps to build practices that are both commercially successful and personally sustainable.

Samantha said: “January is often a pressure point for accountants in practice - long hours, stretched teams and very little time to step back and think strategically. This webinar is about helping practice owners lift their heads up, look beyond the immediate workload and understand what they need in place to grow sustainably. Many accountants know they want to scale but aren’t sure how to do it . We’ll be sharing practical insights based on what we see working across the TaxAssist network every day.”

The webinar is aimed at accountants who are planning ahead for growth, or exploring alternative ways to future-proof their practice while maintaining control and independence.
