The independent recognition is based on feedback provided anonymously by existing franchisees about their experience of operating within the TaxAssist Accountants network.

WorkBuzz invites franchisees to complete an online survey covering 31 areas of franchise ownership. Responses are assessed using a consistent methodology to produce an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark score.

Sarah Robertson, Group Director and UK Managing Director of The TaxAssist Group, said: “We’re thrilled to have received this award one again. I’d like to thank our franchisees for all the feedback we have received. Every comment will be read and digested and is hugely valuable to help us evaluate strategies and shape future support.

“I’d also like to congratulate the Support Centre team. They do a fantastic job in supporting our network and this award is a recognition of all their hard work, dedication and expertise.

“We know that people who are considering joining our network value the inside perspective from the franchise network, and this survey reflects that our strategies and model deliver what we promise.”

The survey examines a range of key areas within the franchise model, including training and support, products and services, marketing, franchisee-franchisor relationships, leadership and rewards.

TaxAssist Accountants recorded particularly strong results across several areas, including satisfaction with the Brand at 91%, Shared Goals at 91%, Head Office Support at 90% and the System at 86%.

The results provide valuable insight for The TaxAssist Group and help inform the continued development of its strategies, services and support for franchisees.

Achieving the 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction recognition for a 12th consecutive year also demonstrates the importance of maintaining strong relationships between the Group, its Support Centre teams and the independent business owners operating across the TaxAssist network.
