TaxAssist franchisees in Canada, the US, the UK, Ireland, and Australia are benefitting from a new, enhanced Support Site which was launched on June 13, following a three-year development project focused on improving all TaxAssist websites.
The TaxAssist Support Site is integral to the running of a franchisee’s business and acts as an online operations manual, as well as a lead tracking system, ticket system, reporting, booking system and marketing support system.
“The TaxAssist support site has always contained a wealth of information to help franchisees manage all aspects and areas of their business. And now the newly-enhanced support site is even more user-friendly and easy to work through than in the past. Franchisees are encouraged to use the support site to see for themselves so as to fully understand the value add the support site offers.” Says Rina Mancini, Managing Director, TaxAssist Accountants, Canada.
New features include:
- A new search engine - This is using the commercial Algolia product and provides a Google-like experience. This is already live on the client-facing websites
- A number of performance enhancements
- A much more scalable and robust base platform from which to develop the site further in the future
Richard Washington, Head of Group Technology, says: “A wealth of information is contained on our easy-to-use internal support website.
“After an extensive period of research and development, the new Support Site offers a completely new look and feel, with a mobile-friendly/tablet interface as well as improved usability.
“All support teams and franchisees in the five countries in which we operate have been trained on how to use the new site and feedback has been very positive so far, with compliments in particular about the enhanced search facility.”
