TaxAssist Accountants recently ran its first Network Update Meeting, with all franchisees in attendance.

Managing Director, Mandy Sigaloff, hosted the event, which was very well received by the network. She explains: “The event ran really well, and the feedback I’ve received from the franchisees indicates that they found it both enjoyable and useful.

“During the meeting, Noel Luther, Training and Technical Manager demonstrated our new business toolkit, and I discussed competitor analysis reports for all franchisees, which will help them to understand who they are competing against and to support fee setting.

“A big part of joining a franchise is the wider support provided by the experience of other franchisees, so I asked everyone to bring something to the table, which they could share with others in the network. David Cornes (Nerang) and Avendra Narayan (Liverpool) ran a session on networking – how to, tips and the difference it has made to their business, Badi Ceren (Collingwood) demonstrated time saving apps and how to use these, and Tracy Cui (Indooroopilly) covered Xero certification and why this is important.”

TaxAssist Accountants has locations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and is soon launching in Perth. It is looking to grow its network further in Australia, so if you share a passion to help local businesses, a TaxAssist franchise provides the systems and support you need to be successful. Regular virtual Discovery Sessions are available to attend, where you can find out more about the technical, marketing and business development support on offer.
