Having spearheaded the start-up operations at TaxAssist Accountants, Canada, as the Commercial Director, Rina Mancini will now be leading the brand in Canada as the Managing Director.
An experienced business executive, leader and strategist, Rina Mancini has extensive depth and breadth of experience within the Financial Services, Franchising, and Information Solutions industries, for over 25 years. Her experience spans Leadership of Operations teams, Creation of New Functional Units and Departments, Consumer Credit Risk Management, Accounts Receivable Management, Call Centre Management, and Customer Service.
Rina has been responsible for maximizing portfolio profitability through new account acquisition and management of bad debt associated with high volume consumer credit portfolios. She has created new functions within organizations through the leadership of high-performing teams. As a member of senior leadership teams, Rina has been responsible for setting strategic direction and for prioritization and approval of strategic initiatives and technology innovations.
