The recognition is based on feedback from franchisees across the TaxAssist Accountants network and provides an independent measure of their experience of operating within the franchise.
As part of the assessment, existing franchisees are invited to complete an anonymous survey covering 21 aspects of franchise ownership. The responses are assessed using WorkBuzz's consistent methodology to generate an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark score.
James Mattam, Group Director of Franchising, said: “We’re thrilled to have received this valued award for the thirteenth consecutive year.
“It’s testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding support, innovation, and partnership across the network and is a clear reflection of the trust our franchisees place in us.
“Every response matters to us and feedback is carefully listened to and acted upon as we continually seek to build on our successful strategies and systems.”
The survey examines key areas of the franchise relationship, including Training and Support, Leadership, the Franchise System, Value and Rewards, Culture and Relationships, and General Satisfaction.
TaxAssist Accountants achieved particularly strong scores across a number of measures, including Shared Goals at 96%, Head Office Support at 89% and Brand satisfaction at 89%.
The results reflect the continued importance The TaxAssist Group places on listening to franchisee feedback and using it to inform the development of its support, systems and wider franchise strategy.
Achieving 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction for a 13th consecutive year represents another important endorsement of the partnership between The TaxAssist Group and the independent business owners operating across its network.
The recognition also builds on a long-standing commitment to developing a franchise model that combines the benefits of local business ownership with the support, expertise and resources of a wider organisation.
