Renee opened her first shop on St John’s Road in Corstophine in 2010, from where she runs a very successful and profitable business looking after over 830 clients.  She launched her second shop on Bruce Street in Dunfermline in partnership with Janet McLean in 2015, which now caters for the needs of over 120 clients.

“The first two shops have proven to be very effective in terms of providing a welcoming, accessible, walk-in accountancy service, and myself and Alan are thrilled to be able to extend this service to businesses in Goldenacre,” states Renee.

After many years working within the small business community and 18 months working at TaxAssist Accountants in Corstorphine, Alan is excited to be launching the new shop.

“Goldenacre is a vibrant suburb with a thriving small business community, so I’m delighted to be opening here, particularly ahead of January, which tends to be a busy time for small businesses who also have to deal with the looming January tax deadlines states Alan.”

Opening TaxAssist Accountants on Montagu Terrace, Alan has taken on one full-time part-qualified accountant and plans to recruit further as the practice grows. He is planning an official opening event in the new year.
