Karl Sandall Chief Executive and David Paulson Senior Manager, Franchise Recruitment

The QFP qualification is the only nationally recognised qualification specific to the franchising industry and unlike membership of the bfa, the QFP is specific to an individual rather than a company.

To become a Qualified Franchise Professional you have to attend several intense training sessions and interviews, and prepare papers to demonstrate that you really know what you are talking about and that you are professional in your approach to franchising.

Why it's important

it's important to us that we continue to be actively involved in the franchise community, not only to raise the profile of our brand and for recruitment purposes, but also to remain at the forefront of best practice in franchising.
