We created a survey and thanks to those franchisees who helped us to distribute it, we managed to get some 400 responses.  We were invited to a forum at the Houses of Parliament and James Mattam (National Marketing Manager) and Jo Nockels - pictured above - (Communications & Training Manager) attended to represent TaxAssist Accountants, where we were acknowledged and thanked for our support.

It is fantastic for us to be working with Government and having the opportunity to raise awareness of our brand and to be the voice of small business.
