The company’s Group Chief Executive Director Karl Sandall, from the UK, will be coming to this event to answer any questions about the franchise network and business model in Australia.

Karl will also be helping Master Franchisee Terry Murphy and his Support Centre team mark a highly successful first calendar year for the Australian network.

The past 12 months have seen the launch of three branches, including two shopfronts and one office.

The newest shopfront, at 469 Harris Street, Ultimo, is where the discovery day will be hosted by franchisee Colin Lua.

“The success of TaxAssist Accountants has been the result of a lot of hard work by our franchisees and Terry and his team,” said Karl.

“I’m looking forward to catching up with Colin, Avendra Narayan and Panbo Ye – who are all based in and around the Sydney area – as well as meeting accountants and enterprising professionals who are keen to establish their own accounting practice with our back-up and support.

“As I have been Group Chief Executive Director of the UK operation for 16 years, I will enjoy sharing the benefits of my experience, to help make TaxAssist Accountants Australia’s largest accounting network for the small business market.”

Terry Murphy added: “Karl’s visit highlights how dedicated TaxAssist Accountants is to supporting its franchisees across the world and one of the reasons I decided to become its first Master Franchisee in Australia.

“This special discovery day will provide would-be franchisees with the chance to speak to its Group Chief Executive Director and hear first-hand how the TaxAssist Accountants business model can be successfully replicated across Australia.”

The discovery day will be held at TaxAssist Accountants, 469 Harris Street, Ultimo, Sydney, on Wednesday, 21st December, 10am-1pm. As spaces are limited, please contact Terry Murphy on 1800 625 429 in advance.
