Karl Sandall, The TaxAssist Group CEO, discusses some of the support measures which have been rolled out to its network of franchisees and their clients.

TaxAssist's first Virtual Discovery Day was launched in April 2020 and they have continued very sucessfully throughout the pandemic. The monthly events are hosted by Seth Brown, Senior Manager, UK Recruitment, with additional presentations on key elements of support by Directors and Senior Managers. A representative from one of the banks is also available to advise on funding options.

“We have carefully planned our Virtual Discovery Day to ensure that attendees can spend a full day with us, in a group setting,” explained Seth. “They are able to learn more about the TaxAssist Accountants business opportunity and the elements of support available to them, as well as getting to know the department heads who are all dedicated to making their franchise a success.

“The format of the day will be similar to our usual Discovery Days, running from 9.15am – 4.00pm with presentations and short breaks throughout the day on Zoom, followed by individual one-to-ones the day after.

“With many people looking at being in control of their destiny and their future career path, this is an ideal opportunity to allow us to bring our offering to you within the safety of your own home."

February 2021

It has been a tremendous honour to lead the company for the last 20 years. When I looked around the office today at the fantastic support team we have built up, now numbering over 60 and knowing that more than 2,000 people now make their living from the TaxAssist brand, it makes me incredibly proud.
