Following its record 11th ‘5 Star Franchise Satisfaction Award’, and positive feedback from franchisees, the TaxAssist Accountants franchise has once again been named as a finalist in the ‘Best Franchise Business to Business’ category of The Best Franchise Awards 2023, sponsored by Lloyds Bank.

TaxAssist Accountants received 5-Star franchisee satisfaction earlier in the year following an independent confidential online survey carried out by WorkBuzz. Franchisees were asked to anonymously provide feedback on initial training, ongoing support, their relationship with the franchisor and whether they would recommend the franchise to a prospective franchisee. The top-performing franchisors are then put forward as finalists in the Best Franchise Awards.

Sarah Robertson, The TaxAssist Group Director and UK Managing Director, said: “We’re tremendously proud to have received 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction and to be recognised as one of the top-performing franchisors in the UK. These awards are always extra special and highly valued because they are based on positive feedback from our network of franchisees.

“We continually enhance and adapt our franchise offering and we look forward to presenting to the judges and explaining more about the many exciting new initiatives we have rolled out in 2023 to further support franchisee growth and profitability.”

Steven Frost, CEO of WorkBuzz, said: “As we reflect on the year, it's fantastic to see that average franchise satisfaction scores have surged from 74% in 2022 to an impressive 78% in our recent surveys, resulting in a record number of winners of our 5 star and continuous improvement awards. As satisfaction levels improve, it becomes more and more challenging to be recognised as a finalist, making this a truly outstanding accomplishment for all."

The winners of the Best Franchise Awards 2023 will be announced on the 9th November at the bfa annual conference, supported by WorkBuzz – an event that brings together the franchise industry from across the UK to network and share their experiences.
